Life is busy, we all know that. And if you are reading this, chances are that you are already fighting through overwhelm and exhaustion, as you juggle multiple responsibilities on every level. Deadlines and pressures don't stop when we leave our day job, do they?

But the bottom line is that, because women are so stretched in almost every aspect of our lives, we are prone to anxiety, guilt and depression - all of which can further increase our stress levels and decrease our resilience levels.

I firmly believe that we need to prioritze our own self care, and build up our network of support and nurturing.  I work with professional women, through individual and group coaching to help them lead happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.

We will only ever begin to create the life we deserve to live - one where we are able to set boundaries, have  time for what is really important in our lives, practice self-care, cultivate supportive relationships and manage our stress - when we start to make ourselves a priority. 

Most women spend so much time looking after everyone else, from boss, clients and colleagues to kids, spouses and household chore, that there just isn't time to pursue their passions or take care of your physical health.
